Galaxy RV is a divison of Galaxy Motors Ltd. We are a growing business who has 5 Automotive dealerships and 3 RV locations. We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor for our Langford RV location. Seeking a person who can contribute to our operations and into our future growth.


As our Parts Advisor you will be passionate about being part of a team, and have the ability to work with both our technicians and service advisors.


Responsibilities include:


  • Responsible for managing the production workflow to ensure that profitability, productivity and customer goals are achieved
  • Maintain efficient workflow for technicians
  • Respond to all questions, problems and requests in an attentive, helpful and timely manner
  • Receive incoming partd and enter correctly into PBS
  • Do regular inventory counts
  • Manage Parts Inventory
  • Assist clients in th purchase of parts
  • Other duties as required

Skills and Experience Required:


  • Must have technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer proficient experience with PBS an asset
  • Knowledge of manufacturer warranty programs
  • Ability to manage parts inventory
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • Experience managing and dispatching service work
  • Must be able to manage team of technicians
  • Professional references to verify experience, expertise and skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$22.00-$26.00 per hour
