Groupe Marcelle is looking for its new Bilingual National Education Manager for a permanent full-time position.


Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Bilingual National Education Manager will lead the education team and be responsible for developing and executing the brands' education program.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

  • Create, edit, and translate rich and engaging content in various formats and platforms (virtual, facetoface, video, etc.).
  • Train the Sales and Education team and Beauty Advisors on new and core products with a focus on skincare expertise.
  • Work in tandem with the National Sales Managers, Business Development Manager and brands to coordinate education for external and internal partners.
  • Manage allocated budget updates and report risks and opportunities.
  • Assist in new store openings education to ensure compliance and success.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to create a program based on marketing's plan and aligned with the department's priorities.
  • Keep an eye on the competition and educational social media trends and make recommendations.
  • Ensure the continuous development of beauty expertise and technology with a focus on skincare.
  • Create, develop and deliver engaging educational content and learning experience on multiple platforms to diverse audiences such as Webinars, Master classes, social selling, inperson training, instore animation and specific needs of regions and field.
  • Proactively update scorecard (KPIs) to track performance and recommend action plans to meet targets.
WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and education.
  • Strong indirect and direct management experiences demonstrated by positive sales and performance (required).
  • A skincare expertise along with deep knowledge of the beauty and makeup industry (required).
  • The ability to master product knowledge, gestures, field service, competition, consumers, and trends.
  • The ability to work with virtual education tools and platforms.
  • Advanced skills with social media platforms and editing capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with digital tools (Didacte, Webex, Teams, EvenBrite, social media platforms), live events and editing tools (iMovie, Camtasia, Canva Pro).

AND IF YOU ARE

  • Bilingual, both English and French, oral and written as the education programs will be developed nationwide.
  • Organized, ability to prioritize time and tasks.
  • Excellent in presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong in coaching skills.
  • Flexible and good at multitasking.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Available to travel.
