Description

Working within MyKey Global Accommodations, you will be a part of an exciting, fast-growing technology-enhanced vendor management solution serving the insurance industry, helping people with emergency accommodations in times of need.

Assist with training New Hires and performance reviews.
Manage a Pod of 3 Account Managers and 1 Customer Fulfillment Associate with weekly 1:1 meetings and Pod meeting.
Drive your Pod's KPI's
Convert leads to bookings to meet or exceed conversion, margin, and revenue targets.
Provide immediate support to guests and policyholders with professionalism and compassion.
Assist callers with requested information or connect them with another Account Manager or Associate.
Update MyKey system with housing leads and solutions delivered.
Develop collaborative relationship with clients, colleagues, and partners (insurance adjusters).
Maintain and follow through on relationships with the guest and adjuster from initial lead to checkout and final invoicing.
Recommend efficiencies to streamline our processes and systems and support implementation of process improvements with your fellow OBASA team members.
On-Call Manager Rotation 1 week every 2 months with a day off in lieu.
Other duties as assigned.
