Job Description/Qualifications:
We are seeking an Intermediate/Senior Architectural Technologist responsible for the production of construction documents and assistance with construction administration. Minimum qualifications should include:

• Minimum 10 yrs relevant experience with an Architectural firm

• Completion of a Building Technology program with a professionally recognized institution

• Experience with all phases of architectural services including Construction Administration

• Proficient in Revit with a working knowledge of Sketch-Up, Photoshop, MS Word, MS Excel

• Demonstrated expertise in building technology including wood frame, steel, and concrete construction

• Extensive knowledge of the BC Building Code

• Familiarity with local bylaws and development processes

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
