About this role:

• We seek a licensed Family Law Attorney with litigation experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to think strategically.

Duties:

1. Handle family law matters including divorce cases, child custody disputes etc.
   


2. Greet clients,
   listen attentively
   ,ask questions,
   
   gather information about their situation


3. Meet regularly with Clients' Families, discussing case plans, new developments,


4. Evaluate strengths & weaknesses of different approaches available then propose best course of action based upon facts presented during discussions led primarily through personal contact but also potentially via conference calls when necessary enough so everyone involved feels comfortable knowing what next steps entail without feeling overwhelmed because sometimes people feel anxious already dealing w/ complicated issues already happening outside office walls too...
