Vos missions

Job Overview:

The office assistant plays an indispensable role as a pillar of the the desktop environment.

The person is the pivot who ensures the good day-to-day operations, providing support to aspects of administrative and operational of the place of work.

With a keen eye for detail and an ability to juggle multiple duties, the office assistant plays a critical role in maintaining a organized, efficient and welcoming office atmosphere.


Qualifications:


  • DEC in office automation, secretarial work, administration or another degree in a related field, additional training in travel management is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a similar role desired.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Rigour and good sense of judgment
  • Fluency in French and English

Main functions:


Agenda and travel management:
Plan and organize Witron Service Canada and Witron Canada Corp business travel, including flights, hotels, car rentals, etc. Manage travel calendars team members.

Work visa management:
with the different parties Communicate the progress of files, collect documentation necessary, translate as needed into the appropriate language (English/French)

Office Supplies Management:
Order and manage supplies including paper, pens, ink cartridges, etc. Ensure that the office always has the necessary supplies to operate efficiently. The person will also manage the station's inventory at coffee.
