- Assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism
- Set up deliveries and book service calls
- Process new contracts, create customer accounts, and schedule installations
- Print, distribute, and close service work orders; bill out completed jobs
- Promote and up-sell products and services to new and existing customers
- Book walk-in and phone sales leads with the Sales Team
- Make collections calls and forward outstanding invoices
- Handle cash, operate POS systems, and prepare bank deposits
- Reconcile receipts, payment batches, cheques, Moneris payments, and petty cash
- Refer unresolved customer issues to appropriate departments
- Carry out water jugs and salt bags for customers when needed
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a desire to help
- Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
