Accounts receivables and payable clerk:

Accounts receivables and payable clerk is an important position. Accounts receivables and payable clerk will ensure consistent payments are made and received.


Responsibilities:

• Creating work orders for quoted jobs, (and communicating work order scheduling and PO#'s for reference)
• Creating spreadsheets for budgets
• Creating spreadsheets for accounts receivables
• Creating spreadsheets for payments
• Help with purchasing and inventory
• Updating and maintaining the schedule & dispatch board(s) and Scheduling technicians accurately and efficiently
• Committing to the company's health and safety culture
• Contribution to complete file administration as needed for the company's activities
• Preparing files for auditing as well as changing any file problems, and updating customer billing notes as required
• Acquiring work orders for billing and filing any timesheets or other applicable paperwork as required
• General office duties

Experience & Qualifications:

years' experience in a similar position

• Having graduated from a 2year program
• A selfstarter, with emphasis in a teamoriented environment
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility
• Organizational skills
• Active listening and being open to making accommodations
• Organization and logistics
• Attention to detail
• Problemsolving and multitasking
• Advanced level in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office products
• Experience working in a fastpaced environment, as well as a high degree of prioritizing and multitasking skills

Salary:
$24.00-$28.00 per hour
