**:- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct indepth market research to identify emerging trends and potential business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to target new markets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business goals and strategies.
- Represent company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our brand and products.
- Monitor competitive landscape and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Qualifications:
l Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
l Minimum of [5] years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the electronics or home appliance industry, with a focus on major household cleaning appliance brands.
l Experience in key account management or access to key account resources will be given priority (proven record required, Costco, Walmart, Canadian tire channel entry capability preferred).
l Recent graduates will not be considered.
l Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the household cleaning appliance industry.
l Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
l Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Salary:
$100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
