Professional Excavators & Construction Inc. currently has an immediate seasonal opening for an experienced
Underground Mainline Excavator Operator.

Required Skills:

A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Mainline Excavator Operator working on underground projects
Minimum of 57 years' experience in underground water, sewer and storm construction
Ability to operate an excavator/track hoe in a safe manner
Ability to work safely and stay alert to surroundings at all times
Identifying any underground and overhead utilities prior to excavating
Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
Reading and interpreting ground markings to ensure proper depth to grade is followed
Using an excavator to dig trenches to proper grade and depth
Ability to work with trench boxes
Willing and able to assist ground crew when excavator is not in use
Strong communication skills
Pass mandatory Drug, alcohol & Fitness Testing
Valid Driver's License (Class 5) and reliable transportation
Valid Ground Disturbance Level 2 Certification
