Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to customers
Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
Clean and sanitize bar area, including glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
Maintain inventory of bar supplies and restock as needed
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders
Assist in setting up and closing down the bar area
Ability to do handy work an asset.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working as a bar back in a hospitality or food service setting
Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their preparation methods
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
Ontario smart serve is a must.
Ability to commute to and from work and at hour is a must.
