GIFTSHOP RETAILER

You radiate a passion for customer service, with a goal to achieving revenue targets. As a Retailer you ensure the standards for the gift shops are maintained, which includes merchandising new stock, working with Merchandisers to maintain the planogram vision, coaching shipboard staff in loss prevention and correct retail practices, polices, and procedures. You analyze data from a variety of sources to maximize financial objectives.
You have strong sales and communication skills, are self –motivated, can work independently, and can work well in a team environment under pressure. You can coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks. Overall you are customer-focused and results-oriented.
You have a Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent and have studied merchandising, retail, loss prevention, and customer service skills. You have 3-5 years customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting, including 2-3 years of merchandising and display experience preferably in a giftware and apparel environment.
