WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Report to the Director, Finance and Risk Management as a member of the Finance team.
- Develop, produce, and maintain cash planning and forecasting models.
- Provide insights and value to internal customers by analyzing complex data, identifying trends and creating financial models.
- Review banking activities and practices to ensure a strong control environment.
- Identify opportunities for financial process optimization and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain banking relationships.
- Support treasury projects and ensure these are effectively delivered.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management.
- Support Financerelated technology projects by documenting current processes to align processes to a new system.
- Support the transfer of knowledge across the Finance department.
WHAT YOU'VE DONE
- You have a postsecondary degree in business.
- You have an accounting designation (CPA).
- You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Financial Analyst role, with an increasing level of responsibility.
- You have solid accounting/finance experience and knowledge.
- You have strong analytical, data analysis and problemsolving skills.
- You have strong excel and financial modeling skills.
