The Scheduling Dispatcher schedules and assigns preventative maintenance and on-demand work orders to Technicians contributing to optimal utilization of Technician resources through effective scheduling.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares daily schedules creates optimal utilization of Technician resources Receives service requests documents service request details into a work order Reviews technician utilization re-assigns work orders to ensure optimal utilization of all Technician resources.
