Hiring Unit:
- Department of Psychology_
Position Summary:
- Positive attitude while greeting and answering general inquiries. This includes directing calls, provide policies and procedures as well as providing locational directions.
- Maintains database of clients and volunteers.
- Makes calls to potential clients and fills out intake forms.
- Assigns client to mental health professional and interpreter when necessary.
- Receives, sends and sorts mail, parcels and various forms.
- Verifies qualifications of volunteers and sends them onboarding materials.
- Schedules appointments and meetings when required. Books rooms through established system.
- Verifies forms that may be submitted, including confidentiality forms and required forms for payments and reimbursements.
- Organization and coordination with outside agencies to arrange group therapy sessions, support activities, and training workshops/sessions.
- Participates in promotion of the initiative.
- Assistance with fundraising events.
- Tracking client files, number of sessions and other statistics. Drafts monthly report based on statistics.
- Maintain immediate work area in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Performs specific editing and reviewing of documents, audio, video and web content as required.
- Monitors and posts social media content to various platforms such as Twitter and Facebook.
- Processes data, financial transactions, reports and registration forms as required.
- Provides technical support to volunteers for computer programs used by the initiative.

- Demonstrated experience providing support for various administrative activities and dealing with confidential information.

- Ability to receive and relay information with accuracy, work autonomously and as part of a team.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma 1 Year Related Experience
