To join our team as an Operations Analyst to help deliver a residential energy affordability programs in Ontario. We are a close-knit team who are passionate and enjoy working with each other and the public.

As an operations analyst, you will be work with the public to understand their needs and help them find the energy reduction strategy that works best for them.

Must be based in Ontario to be considered.

Manage programrelated data and conduct complex analyses based on program needs
Produce complex reports while ensuring compliance with the terms of our contract, relevance of content, and professional presentation.
Set up dashboards and KPI trackers
Create dashboards using PowerBI
Organized, selfstarter who thrives in a team environment
A strong verbal and written communicator
Experienced with House as a System is an asset
Located in British Columbia

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have

04 years experience in energy efficiency
24 years in an operationsbased role
Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, experience with Power Query and PowerBI is an asset.
Experience in customer service, datadriven, and highly detail
