    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure proofer, retarder, boiler, and oven are operating within standard parameters - report deficiencies to Leadhand and Supervisor
    • Supply empty racks to make up line
    • Ensure all seed containers are covered, clean, and properly labelled
    • Work closely with boiler crew and Leadhand
    • Ensure change-overs are performed within specified timelines and verify cleanliness with Lead hand or Supervisor prior to start-up
    • Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities specific to food safety, legality, and quality
    • Adhere to all applicable job procedures as outlined in the SOP manual
    • Adhere to GMPs and Health and Safety rules as outlined in the employee handbook
    • Adhere to food safety practices and ensure they are being followed
    • Perform all other duties assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Must work with speed and accuracy to keep up with the production process
    • Must be dependable
    • Must have excellent attendance and work habits
