The Events and Content Specialist is responsible for planning coordinating and delivering high quality events member facing content that enhance the member experience support professional development strengthen the organization's brand revenue goals.This role blends event logistics program coordination content execution plays critical role ensuring professional development offerings conferences member communications delivered efficiently consistently alignment strategic priorities.
This role requires someone who highly organized collaborative detail oriented comfortable moving between planning coordination hands on execution.
- Coordinate logistics execution CPHR Saskatchewan events in person virtual including Annual Conference HR Forum Professional Development events membership meetings provide support connect members sponsors partners.
- Manage event timelines run show documents registration workflows post event follow up.
- Liaise venues vendors speakers facilitators volunteers sponsors required.
