- Supplying actionable insights to steer the vending & unattended retail business towards enhancing overall department performance.
- Assisting in the creation of sales plans and objectives.
- Gathering, analyzing, and reporting sales data from Fee for Service partners on a weekly basis.
- Tracking and assessing performance using various metrics such as: Pricing accuracy, Yield, Cashless Reversal, Cashless conversion, among others.
- Estimating sales potential and offering recommendations to Sr. Manager, Vending Strategy, Planning and Execution and the entire Vending team.
- Assisting Manager Strategic Customer Initiatives on various vending-related projects.
- Conducting monthly Financial and Operations reporting and communication.
- Preparing, analyzing, and summarizing operational results for various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, instructions, and flowcharts.
- Reviewing key performance indicators, market trends and provide regular reports and suggesting updates to the business plan.
- Providing actionable insights to guide the local vending teams.
- A post-secondary (college or university) degree/diploma is mandatory.
- A bachelor's degree in business or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting is preferred. (Degrees in Accounting or Finance are particularly desirable.)
- A minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience is required.
- Proficient analytical skills.
- Strong proficiency in personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP system is preferred.
- Advanced research and data analysis skills, with experience in collecting, organizing, and accurately disseminating abundant information.
- Excellent verbal, written, visual communication and presentation skills.

About This Opportunity
The Vending Analyst will be a direct report to the Sr. Manager, Strategic Customer Vending Initiatives. The role is centered around formulating strategies to enhance sales and operational efficiencies within the Vending Initiatives organization. The Analyst will offer extensive support to the Full-Service Vending team, perform analysis of yield, probe into discrepancies, and pinpoint opportunities for improvement in key metrics within the vending & unattended retail business. A key part of this role involves working in collaboration with the Manager, Strategic Customer Initiatives and his team on projects related to vending.
