Description

This individual needs to be passionate about advertising and the creative process and have at least year prior experience in the industry.

A clear understanding of internal advertising processes, support day-to-day account operations on the retail and nameplate site business. A clear understanding of creative asset management, and execution with the oversight of account supervisors. Ability to establish strong relationships with agency partners of all levels.


Responsibilities:


  • Retail support across all monthly Tier 2 programs
  • Broadcast
  • Digital
  • Social
  • Site
  • Brand site support on & across all nameplate activity
  • Model Year Refreshes
  • Reveals
  • Launches
  • Communicating timelines & booking internal meeting/reviews with the support of the Integrated Project Managers
  • Opening job dockets with the support of the IPM
  • In charge of internal and global Leo Burnett status document and developing contact reports following meeting
  • Communicating with regional contact of AHO and timelines
  • Support and handles resourcing of Producers across all retail and site campaigns
  • Support in sourcing studio contacts
  • Work from home with monthly to weekly office and client visits are required
  • Provide input, consultation and cooperation with other agency and client partners.

Reporting Relationships:

This position reports directly into the Account Supervisors on both the retail and brand business.
