As a Sorter, you will play a crucial role in our automated materials recovery and recycling plant. Your responsibilities will include pre-sorting, quality control sorting, maintaining the sort station equipment, and ensuring overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-sort recyclable materials to optimize processing efficiency
• Maintain high-quality standards through thorough quality control checks
• Evaluate and improve process operations for maximum productivity

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel as a Sorter at our organization, you must possess certain essential qualities: being physically fit is vital; having good hand-eye coordination is advantageous; strong safety consciousness is required; motivation levels need to be high with great productivity skills. Experience with mechanical maintenance can also contribute significantly to your success.
