Overview:


This role is responsible for the development and execution of strategies to deliver PFC net pricing goals with Customers across both the Frito-Lay and Quaker Canada businesses.

This role creates internally transparent & externally defensible trade spend strategies that accelerate both PFC & Customer growth.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead development of PFC net pricing and mix optimization strategies, including multiyear migration plans, in support of volume, share and NRR goals.
  • Translate PFC costing strategies into promotional strategy execution at account level using mix optimization and advanced analytics.
  • Insightsled Customer and competitive landscape and scenario analysis.
  • Anticipate & assess investment requests vs. investment guardrails priorities with agility. Proactively develop investment request response priorities based on RM opportunities & strategies.
  • Drive improved efficiency with Trade Investments. Evaluate ROI of current investments; identify priorities for spend redeployment.
  • Lead internal decisionmaking forums to align & execute Customer investment priorities.
  • Build Revenue Management skills with crossfunctional partners.
  • Build functional and leadership skills with direct and indirect report.
  • Partner with other RGM & pricing execution teams to learn & share best practices across the globe.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business; Accounting Designation / MBA an asset but not required
  • Prior 7+ years of CPG experience preferred
  • Customer Finance experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to influence at various levels of the organization to drive results and the strategic agenda
  • Experience with Curve software and SAP would be an asset
  • Strong competency and knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Previous Essbase software experience an asset
  • Strong customer relations, interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills along with time management and prioritization capabilitiesStrong technical, problem solving, planning, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
