Reporting to the Senior Development Director, Analytics, you will be an important member of the Quality Verification & Standards Analytics (QVSA) team with the ability to work fully remote in Canada.

You will support Operations Excellence projects with our leadership team to solve important business problems.

Responsibilities:

Participate in a diverse range of projects supporting our strategic programs.
Conduct initial discovery exercises to unearth main pain points and causes of a business problem.
Capture business and user requirements in wellwritten, clear documentation and cohesive presentations.
Manage expectations and risks throughout a project life cycle.
Monitor projects after initial release; prioritize defects, track performance metrics and help define enhancement opportunities.

Qualifications:

You are experienced in creating reports and dashboards using data visualization software packages (eg. Power BI, Tableau)
You have experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions and presenting your findings.
You have experience with a process mapping tool (eg. Visio, Miro)
