We are in search of a highly driven Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in broadening our reach and enhancing our impact


Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote the organization's services, increase brand awareness, and drive patient engagement.

Create engaging content for various platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, press releases, and print materials.

Manage and maintain the organization's website, ensuring its content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.

Plan and execute social media campaigns, track analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize reach and engagement.

Coordinate and manage events, including community outreach programs, and workshops.


Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, healthcare providers, and other community partners to foster collaboration and positive public relations.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement and growth.

Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role, preferably in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.

Experience with graphic design and multimedia tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Part-time hours: 25-35 per week


Salary:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour
