Responsibilities
- Organize office projects and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Resolve officerelated malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
- General Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administer contracts/agreements to participants, program partners, external speakers, and mentors,
Draft program schedules, participant surveys, program updates to participants, facilitators and partners etc., - Coordinate the implementation of programming for participants hosted by professional industry facilitators and industry partners,
Effectively manage program schedule, ensuring all requests and correspondence are handled in a timely manner and identify any issues that could impact program timeline, - Manage the collection of invoices and receipts from program partners, participants and industry facilitators and mentors,
Coordinate the evaluation of the program activities through participant surveys - Coordinate virtual meeting tools (i.e., Zoom).
Liaison with participants, program partners, external speakers and mentors throughout the program - Any other duties as required.

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Has a background with project management and coordination?
- Is between the ages of 2030 years old
- Has obtained a university degree at an accredited Institution
- Must be able to work multiple Job Portfolio
Progressive coordinating experience in an health-based setting, leading and supporting teams,:
- Excellent time management and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple program-related requests efficiently,
Project/Program management demonstrated capability, - Excellent and responsive problemsolving and conflict resolution skills,
Experience supporting committees and events, and implementing virtual meetings - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively as a leader and as a member of a team'
