Operator
Modern Paving is seeking a Mainline excavator operator.
A Typical construction season operates from May 24th to November 15th each year but may vary a week or two.
Experience with water and sewer at the head of the ditch is an asset but others with experience on excavators will be considered.
Position - Operator
Duties will primarily involve:
- Safe operation of various excavators primarily but may also require the operation of loaders, rollers, and rubber tire backhoes.
- Perform daily preoperational safety checks and daily lubrication of equipment.
- Work with ground personnel in the excavation and installation process of laying pipe online and grade.
- Ensure trench is excavated per safety standards.
Salary:
$19.00-$25.00 per hour
