Job Description
Light Duty Cleaner Position available in GUELPH. Evening Light Duty cleaning for 3 evenings per week, Tuesday, Wednesday and (Thursday or Friday hours per night depending on the evening. Hours per night could increase due to additional business. Drivers license required. Start time after 4:30pm
You will leave our Guelph office in a company vehicle and do a scheduled route.
Rate of pay $17.50 with a review after 3 months. Only serious long term applicants need apply.
You must be able to get yourself to and from the office.

Duties and Responsibilities

• General dusting, vacuuming, mopping
• Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers
• Emptying garbage and recycling
• Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
• Spot Cleaning of walls and glass
• Sanitizing touchpoints
• Additional tasks as requested
• Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
• Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Communicate in English both written and verbally
• Strong attention to detail
• Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be able to work consistent weekend shifts
• A vehicle to commute to work locations
• Have a criminal record check
• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial

WORKING CONDITIONS
There is a low risk of exposure to adverse working conditions. However, at this time with the COVID 19 Pandemic extra cleaning precautions are taken and required.
