As our Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to develop and monitor departmental budgets and financial targets.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis, and key performance indicators to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, coordinating with external tax advisors as necessary.
  • Liaise with external auditors and oversee the annual financial audit process.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in accounting regulations, and best practices, making recommendations for process improvements as appropriate.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree and/or CPA designation preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar seniorlevel finance role.
  • Indepth knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of financial operations, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with financial systems and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Solid understanding of tax laws and regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to nonfinancial stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
