General Labourer - UPI Energy FS - Guelph, ON

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • This position provides maintenance and care of the property.
  • Tasks include receiving, storing and checking inventory of parts and products, maintaining cleanliness and image of Cardlock and buildings.
  • Cutting grass, moving snow and cleaning in and about the plant and yard.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Valid G Driver's Licence (DZ considered an asset);
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills;
  • Lifting or moving up to 70lbs may be required;
  • Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods;
  • Able to work with mínimal supervision;
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing;
  • Forklift operating experience woudl be an asset;
  • Experience in handling propane and/or petroleum would be an asset;
  • Manual dexterity required;
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.

Working Conditions:


  • Indoors and outdoors. Physical activity includes lifting, climbing, inspecting and reaching in an environment which may be characterized by changes in temperature. Start and finish times may vary as required.
