Redesign Admin panel and complete the pending implementation on admin side

Job description
1. Ensure the header and footer show up on every page, just like on the customer's side and make the UI beautiful just like customers side- Avatars are not showing up and are not being assigned to customers.
- Configure emails to work such as the verification email and when a new message is sent by an admin or writer, the customer should receive an email notification.
- Confirm if promo codes are working.
- In roles, the assigned roles system is incomplete. Make it easy to add and remove roles for support staff.
- When an admin reads a message, the notification still remains and never goes away.
- Replace "#ORDXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" with the real order ID. It shows up as the order ID on the admin side and is used as a note when a customer is making a payment. It should display the actual order ID.
- Currently the admin is the one who marks an order as complete. I want you to implement an order delivery function that will enable support to deliver the order to the customer. The customer should clearly see this in the UI and be able to accept, request a revision, or open a dispute. They should also receive an email notification for this. If they accept, the chat box should be removed so they cannot send new messages. If they do not respond within 14 days, the order should auto-complete and the chat should be closed.
- Implement a messaging system between customers and support, like a support ticket system. A customer should be able to enter a subject, optionally select an order ID (auto-loaded), and write their message.
"Support has replied to your ticket [ID], please log in to check it." All other notifications should also not show the actual message content; they should just be a notification asking the user to log in to their account. The only exception is the email verification message.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
