Given our growth, we are currently looking for
Heritage masonry Foreperson someone to join our Toronto team.


The role of the
Heritage masonry Foreperson is to ensure a high level of quality in the workmanship and safety on construction sites.

The foreperson will support the management of our own forces as well as subcontractors on our projects. They will take part of finding solutions to challenging technical issues mentoring and teaching younger team members daily.

They will participate in establishing and respecting deadlines, always keeping in mind the budget and the quality of the work, while promoting the highest standards in client's satisfaction.

Using their experience, the foreperson will participate in developing the team's technical expertise. This position requires to have excellent communication and leadership skills. You need to be efficient at establishing priorities and able to perform well when under stressful deadlines.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Have 810 years of experience in the heritage and new masonry.
  • Have 5 years of experience in site management.
  • Have the ability to read and understand projects drawings and specifications.
  • Have all required Ontario, H&S training up to date.
  • Understanding of budgeting principles is an asset.
  • Able to use an Ipad to order material and complete field reports.
