    Sales Performance Management Consultant

    We are seeking an experienced Sales Performance Management (SPM) Consultant with 5+ years of expertise in SPM implementation or consulting. If you excel at client-facing roles, have a strong technical aptitude, and thrive in dynamic environments, this opportunity is for you.

    About This Role

    • You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solution designs.
    • You will guide clients through decision-making processes with a focus on best practices.
    • You will implement and customize SPM solutions to meet unique business needs.
    • You will act as the functional lead on assigned projects, mentoring team members as required.
    • You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing strategic advice, training, and ongoing support to clients.
    • You will test and validate solutions to ensure alignment with business and technical specifications.
    • You will communicate project status to clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
    • You will develop and maintain comprehensive solution documentation and training materials.

    What You Bring to the Table

    • 4–5 years of hands-on experience implementing and delivering Sales Performance Management solutions.
    • A deep understanding of concepts like incentive and commission management, territory management, and quota planning.
    • Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and Microsoft Excel.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at the director level and above.
    • A technical, client-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
    • Education in IT, Engineering, Finance, or related fields is preferred.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • CANadian Permanent Residency or Citizenship is required.
    • Familiarity with SPM tools such as Varicent, Callidus, Xactly, CaptivateIq, or Anaplan is a strong asset.
