POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager with 5-10 years of experience in dynamic technology startup environments.

In this demanding role, you will drive our marketing efforts, with a primary focus on content creation and social media management.

ABOUT THE ROLE:


Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Damon Motorcycles' brand and business objectives. Create captivating and informative content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and graphics.

Social Media Mastery: Oversee all social media channels, creating and scheduling engaging content, and fostering meaningful interactions with our community. Keep a close eye on social media trends and opportunities.

Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to engage and retain our customer base through engaging content and social media interactions.

Digital Marketing: Lead SEO, newsletters, and other digital marketing initiatives to grow and engage our audience.

Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple marketing projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. Maintain a high level of organization and prioritize tasks effectively.

Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring the best return on investment.

Analytics and Insight:Analyze campaign performance and extract valuable insights from data. Report on social media metrics and campaign effectiveness.

Brand Excellence:Maintain brand consistency across all content and social media channels, upholding the Damon Motorcycles brand identity.

Market Prowess:Stay at the forefront of industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies in both the motorcycle and electric vehicle markets.

Paid Marketing Efforts: Manage our paid marketing strategies, including overseeing external agencies as needed.

AI Utilization: Leverage AI tools to optimize workflow and enhance growth initiatives.

Mentorship & Training: Assume the role of a mentor for junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment both within the team and across different functions.

Marketing Expert: You have a proven track record in executing successful and profitable marketing campaigns, preferably in technology, automotive, or lifestyle sectors.

Hands-On Experience: You have hands-on experience in content creation and are willing to be deeply involved in this as you help scale the team.

Data-Driven:You're adept at using analytics tools and can interpret key performance indicators to make informed decisions.

Leadership Skills: You've successfully managed cross-functional teams and can coordinate multiple projects effectively.
