This is a 12-month contract


We are actively looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team for a 12-month contract Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Consultant is accountable for leading various ongoing Talent Acquisition initiatives that touches on our organizational strategy for recruitment, our efforts to market and brand Allstate as an employer of choice and our ability to report on talent metrics.


Accountabilities:


Lead, develop, and maintain ACG's rebranding efforts through all Social Media channels - including but not limited to LinkedIn, Indeed, and Facebook.

Lead and develop department level strategies around how we bring quality talent into the organization while meeting hiring targets
Partner with Director, HR Digital Transformation to develop and maintain Talent Acquisition metrics across ACG.
Manage a requisition load consisting of technical and challenging to fill roles - not exceeding 8 roles.
Develop innovative and creative recruitment and sourcing initiatives
Explore market best practices in recruitment and sourcing and implement those appropriate for the organization
Analyze, consult, and provide guidance to the business on competitive hiring practices, market availability of required skill sets and current market data
Measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the selection and recruitment process through accurate reporting of key metrics
Champion process re-engineering initiatives to gain operational efficiencies and competitive advantage
Optimize the Applicant Tracking System and other tools, processes, and resources
Act as a Talent Acquisition ambassador, building awareness of the employer brand through social media, targeted advertising, website, videos, events, and social partnerships


Qualifications:

Post-secondary degree in business or human resources or equivalent certificate in human resources. Working towards obtaining CHRP/CHRL designation
Minimum 5 years in-house, full-cycle recruitment experience
Experience with social media recruitment platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners
Demonstrated collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple and overlapping processes and projects to completion, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
Ability to champion continuous improvement initiatives
Effectively utilizes data and analytics to make recommendations to continually enhance the recruitment function
