Operations Manager (Full-Time)
Saskatoon, SK

Compensation:
$55-60/k annually (based on relevant experience and skills) + quarterly performance bonuses

This is an ideal opportunity for someone hungry to grow their leadership skills.

This position will oversee the day-to-day operations (including scheduling, customer experience, marketing, and business development) as well as be hands-on, leading the crew in a physical capacity from within.

Responsibilities:

Leading exceptional customer service
Driving toward sales targets in both commercial and residential markets
Motivating, coaching and growing the team
Overseeing the maintenance of company vehicles
Promoting the business and brand locally

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience leading a team
Experience in a variety of business functions (customer service, sales, operations, people)
Must have a Class 5 drivers license with a clean driving record (for the past 2 years) with no DUIs in order to be considered for this position
A positive, whateverittakes attitude
Physically fit and likes to help others
Strong desire to learn and grow
