Summary of Responsibilities:

You'll be part of a cross-functional team that's responsible to:

work with research and development teams to ideate software solutions

- design conception of UI cloud software related to computational pathology in deep learning to deployment of a full software development life cycle
- test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
- write technical documentation and work with research team to improve software.

Number of Hours of the Contract and Hourly Rate:
A total of 300 Hours is assigned for this position with minimum Hourly Rate of $22.14.

The minimum hourly rate is based on the student RA current degree program level at the Masters level.

Supervisor:

The RA position will be under supervision of Dr. Mahdi S. Hosseini from Computer Science and Software Engineering (CSSE) department at Concordia University. The student will be a member of the Atlas Analytics Lab for duration of the RA position.

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

Excellent programming skills (e.g. Python, PyTorch, Tensorflow)
Proficient writing skills in English fluently and idiomatically
Professional communication skills, willingness to work as a team, and strong motivation
Good background in machine learning and mathematics
Has a degree in biology or medicine diciplines
