We deliver IT support and IT Security as a Service to companies/corporations with & without in-house IT departments without compromise.
We implement, manage and maintain IT infrastructure and cutting-edge technologies. Our customers cannot afford downtime and rely on us to provide safe, redundant and secure IT environments. LEADERSHIP - PEOPLE/TEAM MANAGEMENT:
- Making sure friendly, fast, and effective IT Support is being delivered
- Manage and respond to client escalations
- Migrate IT infrastructure from local to cloud and viceversa
- Ability to create accurate Documentation
- Running and sharing daily reports
- Auditing tickets/work to ensure organizational compliance
- Ensure the backend network maintenance, monitoring and backups, etc. are done and signed off each day
- Ensure the emergency/oncall procedures are adhered to
- Liaise with upper management as needed
- Maintain positive and healthy relationships with teams/clients/vendors
CLOUD / SERVER ADMINISTRATION:
- Cybersecurity Focused individual
- Domains/Forests/Active Directory
- Patch management + tools, and software (mass) deployments best practices
- Able to execute change requests and manage system updates/upgrades/outages
SECURITY AND NETWORKING:
- Experience with several types of firewalls Cisco Meraki/Watchguard/Palo Alto/Fortigate
- Experience with several types of switches Cisco/HPE Aruba/Dell/Juniper L3 and trunking
- Must be able to configure / troubleshoot network anomalies
- Running regular checks on network and data security in accordance NIST/CIS/IS security standards/benchmark
- Server hardening skills (Azure/AWS/On-Prem)
- Familiar with various monitoring tools by setting up /monitoring alerting technologies
- Experience utilizing Crowd Strike and Nessus
- The role also requires providing threat and intelligence analysis for reporting and briefings, as well as supporting the processes for monitoring, correlating, identifying, analyzing, mitigating, managing, tracking, and resolving all IT and security incidents
COMMUNICATION/ MESSAGING:
- Excellent business communicator
- Ability to troubleshoot mail flow and failed mail delivery issues
- Ability to setup/provision + configure new mail services & mail security platforms as needed
- Must be a natural team leader
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Information Technology
- Help build and follow processes and policies around IT and security
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- ITIL certified
- Azure/Google/AWS certification
- MICROSOFT Certifications
- A+ or Network+
- Security + and/or CISSP
- Experience in working with a 24x7x365 SOC team is an asset

Salary:
$105,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
