Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including bread, pastries, and desserts
Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality and quantity of baked goods
Operate and maintain baking equipment and tools
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and packaging of baked goods
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking and production schedules
Assist with cake decorating and other special orders as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the food industry, preferably as a baker or cook
Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
Ability to follow recipes and production schedules accurately
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
