    About This Role

    We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Director to drive business growth and excellence in our manufacturing operations.

    As a trusted advisor to the Operational team, you will develop and implement HR strategies that align with our mission, values, and objectives.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Operational team on all HR-related matters
    • Foster a positive work environment through open communication, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
    • Implement robust performance management frameworks, including coaching, training, and career development programs
    • Ensure compliance with evolving employment laws and regulations

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years of HR leadership experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CRHA or a master's degree is an asset)
    • Proven ability to drive organizational results through effective HR strategies
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in French and English
