Department Overview

The Transformation, Enablement, and Customer Experience (TECE), Central Services team offers
business management support to TECE businesses including communications, premises, real-estate,
vendor management, access management, and more.

The Premises and Real Estate department provides a wide range of support to the TECE business on all
matters related to premises and real estate needs including health and safety, real estate strategy
development and maintenance, on-site support (e.g., work orders, moves, etc.), and pandemic support.
The team helps to develop and maintain the real estate strategy and standards for TECE businesses


Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a substantial knowledge for the position of Business
Management Analyst III - Real Estate & Premises.


In this role, you will:

  • Identify real estate and premisesrelated issues and opportunities, understand trends, and provide specialized business management advice to management and respective teams while raising industry (external and internal), enterprise, and business awareness (e.g., Health & Safety coverage).
  • Lead and coordinate the integrated implementation of real estate and premisesrelated policies processes, procedures, and solutions across multiple functional areas (e.g., emergency response).
  • Develop and provide reporting, analysis, and assessments at both the functional and/or enterprise level.
  • Create and deliver presentations and communications geared to management or broader audience.
  • Adhere to internal policies / procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines, contribute to the review of internal processes and activities and assist in identifying potential opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Identify crossbusiness real estate and premisesrelated variances and contribute to the analysis, due diligence, and implementation of initiatives to mitigate.
  • Support development and/or implementation of standards, policies, procedures, and solutions that mitigate risk and maximize availability of service, efficiency, and effectiveness.

It helps if you have:

  • Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
  • 35 years relevant experience.
  • Experienced in providing specialized guidance and assistance.
  • Confidence and ability to work independently on projects endtoend (primarily nonroutine, escalated, and specialized or complex issues), generally within short
- to medium
- term horizons (weekly to monthly).

  • Handson experience with MS Office (focus on PowerPoint and Excel). Creating Pivot and data extraction. Data Analysis experience is a must.
