Description
Family Physician in Windsor Park is looking to hire Clinical Assistant.

Registered and in good standing as a Clinical Assistant with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba

Recent clinical experience required

Must be able to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Excellent communication skills required

Recent experience using an EMR, particularly Accuro

Recent experience working in an outpatient setting an asset

Acts professionally and responsibly

Shows a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn

License through CPSM to practice as a Clinical Assistant (preferred)


Responsibilities & Duties:

Conduct history and physical on patients

Performing physical examinations

Ordering and interpreting tests

Communicating with patients, discussing issues, and delivering results

Assist physician in the care of patients

Provide education to patients and family

Proficiently use EMR to document encounters and provide clinic notes for patients in Accuro

Wage commensurate with experience.
