Job Summary

The Program Management Office is responsible for driving the implementation of projects and programs for the Data Center business unit.

You will be working alongside our product teams and working extensively with global cross-functional teams to implement a variety of projects that impact product experience, business simplification and product pricing.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and can respond quickly, energetically, and efficiently when managing multiple high priority projects.

Responsibilities

Create and manage global schedules as part of a unified project plan
Partner across teams to ensure readiness for critical milestones
Perform management of daytoday project duties such as creating/modifying project plans, managing risk and tracking action items.
For large or complex projects/programs assist the Program Manager and manage independent projects within the program
For standard projects, plan and manage all aspects from initiation through delivery
Manage all communication mechanisms for project status & dashboards, meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.

Qualifications

7+ years of project management experience, in a global organization, focused on transformation projects to achieve product efficiency
Familiarity with Smartsheet, dashboards or similar project management tools
Exposure and familiarity with data center infrastructure highly desirable
Experience managing multiple projects with fastpaced time frames
Strong written and verbal communication skills
