    Job Description
    SAP Business Analyst who will work under the guidance of the Information Technology Manager. The role entails ensuring smooth operations of information systems across various organizational domains, including finance, sales, supply chains, operations, logistics, quality, and human resources (utilizing modules: FICO, SD, MM, PS, QM, HR). The incumbent will play a crucial part in supporting SAP enhancement initiatives aimed at streamlining the company's business processes.

    Assist in the upkeep, enhancement, and optimization of existing SAP solutions.

    Provide user support and investigate reported incidents to achieve resolution.

    Aid clients in articulating their requirements and addressing challenges.

    Collaborate closely with developers responsible for application development and enhancements.

    Conduct testing, document resolutions, and communicate changes to users.

    Assist super users in developing and maintaining training materials, procedures, and instructions.

    Support clients in change management efforts by offering functional assistance during deployments.

    Manage licenses and oversee security accesses for the SAP system.

    Oversee transport orders between development, quality assurance, and production environments.

    Develop and revise reports as per user specifications and update system documentation.



    Requirements

    Hold a technical or bachelor's degree in computer science.

    Proficient in the ECC6 environment.

    Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in critical application administration.

    Demonstrated experience of a minimum of 5 years in SAP logistics modules (MM, WM, SD, PM, QM).

    Extensive hands-on experience in various implementation projects and/or support environments.

    Customer-centric approach.

    Proficiency in communicating complex technical concepts effectively in both French and English.
