We are looking to add an additional Full time Receptionist to our Front Office Team.

We are a Brand New, Owner-operated, dental clinic right beside North Island Hospital in Courtenay (next to the new Milano's Coffee shop).

Monday - Friday hours 9:15am-5:15pm with one hour for lunch, with possible occasional Saturday shifts (Fall/Winter only, no summer Saturday shifts).

Room to grow in salary and job duties based on experience and skills.

We have done everything to set up our Front Desk Team for success:

Integrated Online booking for patient ease
Automated appointment reminder system, and appointment confirmation system
Integrated electronic forms management system for easy organization
Dual screens at each reception station
Dedicated iPads for patient paperwork
Sophisticated Patient Management System (Open Dental) with excellent technical support.
Virtually paperless workflows
Experienced (one year minimum) in dental reception/MOA/medical reception/reception OR recent completion of training program in this field
Available for full time hours Monday
Friday 9:155:15pm with potential occasional Saturday shifts)
Friendly and customer service orientated
Open to using new Technology
Reliable
