SCHEDULE:
- Mon-Fri (8:00 am 5:00 pm)
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
- Respond to phone service appointments for customers including confirmation of services, costs, ordering and sourcing parts, arranging subcontract labor where required
- Respond to questions related to automotive repair troubleshooting, based on knowledge garnered from previous telephone queries and the Manufacturers Online University
- Prepare the related quotes for customer service requests
- Ensure parts are ordered for appointments through internal processes
- Be proficient with our Dealer Voice, Shore-Tel phone system, Microsoft Outlook, PBS
- Respond to general service inquiries from our Sales department
- Coordinate shuttle service for customers
- Contact customers to inform them of safety recall campaigns relevant to their vehicles
- Contact customers to arrange their first appointment booking 2 weeks after purchase
- Maintain our upsell list for Service Advisors based on past service comments
- Ensure all callers receive prompt, impeccable customer service
- Provide Service coverage as required
- Other duties as requested by Management
WHAT YOU BRING TO US
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal skills to clearly communicate with all levels of the organization and external partners/customers.
- Highly organized with excellent time management/prioritysetting skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (word, excel, etc.)
- High school or above
