SCHEDULE:


  • Mon-Fri (8:00 am 5:00 pm)

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Respond to phone service appointments for customers including confirmation of services, costs, ordering and sourcing parts, arranging subcontract labor where required
  • Respond to questions related to automotive repair troubleshooting, based on knowledge garnered from previous telephone queries and the Manufacturers Online University
  • Prepare the related quotes for customer service requests
  • Ensure parts are ordered for appointments through internal processes
  • Be proficient with our Dealer Voice, Shore-Tel phone system, Microsoft Outlook, PBS
  • Respond to general service inquiries from our Sales department
  • Coordinate shuttle service for customers
  • Contact customers to inform them of safety recall campaigns relevant to their vehicles
  • Contact customers to arrange their first appointment booking 2 weeks after purchase
  • Maintain our upsell list for Service Advisors based on past service comments
  • Ensure all callers receive prompt, impeccable customer service
  • Provide Service coverage as required
  • Other duties as requested by Management

WHAT YOU BRING TO US

  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal skills to clearly communicate with all levels of the organization and external partners/customers.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management/prioritysetting skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (word, excel, etc.)
  • High school or above
