Implementation and support sits at the nexus of our subscriber's and company's success.In this role you are a trusted advisor and business partner for our new and existing subscribers who ensures their desired outcomes are achieved through their use of our software.
Responsibilities
- Provide all levels of product support
- Implement new subscribers to ensure successful onboarding
- Manage API related projects
- Communicate feature development ideas
- Create knowledge base material
- Assist in customer success initiatives
- Test new development
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in software support and implementation
- Outstanding business professionalism and personal presentation
- Ability to organize and lead subscriber meetings both on site and through web conference
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can operate under moderate supervision and manage specific tasks to completion with mínimal direction
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Consideration
Consideration will be given for:
- Working understanding of HTML and CSS
- Experience in the telecommunications industry
