Description
Implementation and support sits at the nexus of our subscriber's and company's success.

In this role you are a trusted advisor and business partner for our new and existing subscribers who ensures their desired outcomes are achieved through their use of our software.


Responsibilities

  • Provide all levels of product support
  • Implement new subscribers to ensure successful onboarding
  • Manage API related projects
  • Communicate feature development ideas
  • Create knowledge base material
  • Assist in customer success initiatives
  • Test new development

Requirements:


  • Several years of experience in software support and implementation
  • Outstanding business professionalism and personal presentation
  • Ability to organize and lead subscriber meetings both on site and through web conference
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Can operate under moderate supervision and manage specific tasks to completion with mínimal direction
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Consideration

Consideration will be given for:

  • Working understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry
