    Ce que nous recherchons:

    Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Agent ou d'une Agente du Service Clientèle bilingue à temps plein et permanent pour rejoindre notre équipe Les représentants du service clientèle chez Choquette CKS sont le premier point de contact pour le client. Leur priorité principale est d'accueillir le client, d'écouter ses préoccupations et de lui laisser la certitude d'avoir été entendu et pris en charge. Les journées passent rapidement dans cet environnement au rythme effréné. Il y a toujours quelque chose de nouveau à apprendre, ce qui rend ce travail stimulant et varié

    Le candidat idéal sera une personne minutieuse, intéressée par l'optimisation des processus et la livraison d'un travail de haute qualité.     Ce dont vous avez besoin :

    • 2 à 3 ans d'expérience de bureau et d'expérience en service à la clientèle préférées
    • Compétences bilingues en français et en anglais requises. Nous servons de façon constante nos clients anglopĥones; nous avons donc besoin d'une personne qui s'exprime convenablement en anglais écrit et parlé.
    • Excellentes compétences en communication pour traiter des appels de service difficiles
    • Compétences informatiques; à l'aise avec les nouveaux programmes ERP et MS Office (Excel)
    • Vitesse de frappe de 50-60 mots par minute
    • Grande attention aux détails; précision et efficacité dans la saisie des données
    • Bonne mémoire nécessaire - nous servons plus de 300 fabricants et des milliers de clients
    • Bonne connaissance géographique
