Location:
Edmonton, Alberta
Hourly Rate:
$50-$70/hr (CAD)
Requirements:
- CWB Level II or above certification
- API certification and other relevant inspection certifications
- Proficiency in ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), MS Office, and PDF editing for redlining and reporting in QC Turnover
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and standards
- Extensive knowledge of welding, materials, and quality control procedures in tank maintenance
- Ability to work in remote site locations and challenging conditions, with up to 50% travel within the prairies, BC, and potentially Ontario
Responsibilities:
- Perform QC inspections related to welding, materials, and procedures in tank cleaning and maintenance
- Utilize expertise to ensure compliance with quality control standards
- Prepare reports and redline documents using MS Office and PDF editing tools
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates
