- Completion of Grade 10 education or the equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Demonstrates ability to follow oral and written instructions and to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
- Must be able to perform such manual tasks as mopping and buffing floors, wall washing, changing cubicle and window drapes, moving furniture, vacuuming, cleaning, and polishing.
- Proven attendance record.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills including the ability to handle multi tasks and priorities.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to understand relevant information to make effective judgments and decisions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
