Job Overview:
This is a key position for our small community church that requires a commitment to supporting and working alongside our many volunteers and paid staff, a strong work ethic and demonstrated communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
KEY OBJECTIVE:
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the administrative and communication needs of running the church while supporting the pastors, elders and their designates and ministries as needed.
REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing office communication
- Connecting weekly with staff
- Publishing community news
- Coordinating volunteers
- Prepping for Sunday services
- Coordinating facilities management
- Assisting with website updates
- Managing Planning Center
- Managing the finances
- Participating on the Compassion Team
- Administrate community care
